Rafeeque Mavoor

Rafeeque Mavoor is a scientific illustrator and educator based in Kerala, India. The studio produces journal cover art, research figures, graphical abstracts, 3D molecular visuals, and visual identity work for university labs and publishers.

Published cover artwork spans chemistry, molecular biology, materials science, and related fields. Figures and infographics are built for peer-reviewed papers, theses, grants, and conference presentations, with delivery in print- and web-ready formats.

Workshops and outreach sessions cover Blender for scientists, journal figure design, and science communication for students and faculty. Programs can be delivered on campus in India or online for international groups.

SciDart Academy minicourses teach self-paced skills: structured chapters on graphical abstracts, color and layout for figures, and tool workflows researchers use in daily writing.
